99++ LuftBalloons November, 2020 Details Announced

The rules for the inaugural event of 99++ Luft Balloons have been announced and will be happening in Indiana University, Indiana in November 2020. IU Crane, a collaborative team between Indiana University and Naval Support Activities Crane, Naval Research Laboratory, the University of Los Angeles and California, Penn State ARL, a collaborative team between Penn State and Army Research Laboratory, George Mason University are the five teams taking part in the competition.
